This goalkeeper-specific camp is designed for the male and female keeper interested in training in a focused & demanding environment in order to bring their game to the next level. Campers will experience elite goalkeeper training from former professional goalkeepers, current ACC goalkeeper coaches, and current ACC goalkeepers. The aim of this camp is to keep coach-to-camper ratio low and to ensure personalized training and assessment for each goalkeeper. This intimate setting will also allow for more repetitions in our technical on-the-field training sessions, covering tops including, but not limited to: handling, diving, extension diving, crosses, breakaways, distribution, and footwork. The camp will also highlight the importance of sports psychology, nutrition and strength & conditioning to our unique position, while covering sport performance exercises that will maximize your abilities as a goalkeeper.
